Steve Webster offers high quality research, evaluation, life coaching and consultancy services. He combines his extensive experience with a friendly and positive approach sensitive to the needs and aspirations of organisations and individuals.
Steve supports organisations and individuals to meet their objectives. For example, he assists organisations to: review and develop services, seek feedback from service users and other stakeholders, evaluate projects and initiatives, identify needs, and plan new developments. Projects undertaken include: strategy development, needs analysis, impact assessment, community research, mapping exercises, surveys and statistical analysis, case studies, tool-kits and other resources.
Support is provided to a wide range of organisations, and particular specialisms include:
- Third sector - working with charities, voluntary organisations, community groups, partnerships and communities
- Life coaching - professional/personal development (for organisations and individuals)
- Information technology - research, strategy, training and development
